This document is a public offer template. It must not be used for accepting payment until company details, service descriptions, prices, terms, refund procedure and legal review are completed.

2. Subject of the agreement

The contractor undertakes to provide selected Life Design Roadmap services, and the customer undertakes to accept and pay for them. The exact content, format, result and limitations of each service must be stated on the tariff page or in an agreement appendix.

3. Agreement conclusion

Acceptance of the offer is an action to be defined after payment connection: [service payment / order confirmation / other action].

4. Price and payment procedure

Service prices are shown on the website or invoice. This section must be completed with payment methods, payment moment and applicable tax regime.

5. Service procedure

The start and end dates, interaction format, customer actions, meeting rescheduling rules, service criteria and result delivery method must be added.

6. Refusal and refund

The customer may refuse the agreement under applicable law, paying actual contractor expenses. The exact request and refund calculation procedure must be completed before publication.

7. Liability and limitations

Services are not medical, psychotherapeutic, investment or other licensed assistance unless the contractor has the relevant license. The result depends on the customer's participation and cannot be guaranteed as a specific income or life event.
